These hooks are simply a pair of small hooks tied in tandem, which enable you to present bait in a realistic manner. This makes a huge difference when bait fishing for trout. The more that your bait looks like it does in nature the more bites you will get; it's as simple as that. Always use gang hooks when bait fishing for trout, or any other species of fish for that matter.
